By using keralatourbus.com, you agree to the following terms:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Pricing may vary based on vehicle type, route, dates, fuel cost, and season.
Full or partial advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Remaining balance, if any, must be paid before or at the start of the trip.
The itinerary shared at the time of booking will be final unless mutually modified.
The customer is responsible for giving accurate details like pickup/drop points, number of passengers, and hotel locations.
If the customer has booked the hotel directly, Keralatourbus.com(madeena tours and travels) is not responsible if the vehicle is unable to reach the exact hotel location due to:
- Narrow roads, no-entry zones, or restricted access
- Hill stations or resorts with difficult approach routes
- Local traffic or vehicle entry bans
Our drivers will assess the route, and only if it is safe and feasible, will the vehicle proceed to the hotel entrance. Otherwise, the nearest safe drop-off point will be used.
Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by negligence.

✅ Refund Policy

At Keralatourbus.com, we follow a strict no-refund policy for all confirmed bookings.❌ No Refund
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation by the customer, for any reason.
🔁 Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed, but only under the following conditions: The request is made at least 72 hours before the original travel date.
The new date is not during restricted periods (see below).
The same vehicle/service is available on the new date.
Any fare difference for the rescheduled date must be paid in advance.

Peak Season Periods, including but not limited to: Christmas to New Year (Dec 20 – Jan 5)
April–May Summer Vacation Period
Onam Festival Season
Long weekends and public holidays
These are high-demand dates, and rescheduling or cancellations during this time will be treated as a non-refundable and non-changeable booking.

✅ Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking by phone or email. The following applies:

Client-Initiated Cancellation: Refunds as per the refund policy above.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: In rare cases like:
- Vehicle breakdown
- Driver emergency
- Natural calamities or roadblocks
- Travel restrictions or force majeure
The company will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- An alternate arrangement of similar value (subject to availability)
Note: If hotel/resort access is restricted and guests are not reachable due to incorrect location/address, the company is not liable for service disruption.
